Referral Program

Realtors can join by filling out the referral ID form 

The REMS referral program is designed to get realtors an added bonus for providing tenants, properties, and clients for Residential, Commercial, or Storage Properties. These are the current rewards:

  • Refer a tenant to our facilities (1 Months Rent)
    Refer a commercial, residential, or storage unit renter. Commercial and Residential, subject minimum 1-year lease. Storage is not subject to a 1-year minimum lease.
    Example: Renter pays $750, you get $750
  • Refer a new landlord that we manage (20% of the average annual management fee, paid over two years)
    Receive 15% of the estimated average annual management fee upfront. Reconciled at the end of 24 months to 20% of the average annual management fee over two years.
    Example: Estimated average annual management fee for the first 12 months is $10,000. You receive $1,500 upfront.
    Actual average annual management fee after 24 months is $12,000. You receive an additional $900, for a total of $2,400.
  • Refer a property for sale to us and we will connect it with one of our buyers.
    Upon close, you will collect 100% of the buyer side commissions.
    Essentially, we will make the connection at no cost to you.
    Seller side will, of course, go to the listing agent.
    If that’s you, keep all sides.
  1. Complete the referral ID form.
  2. Receive the email with your referral ID ex. jsmith1970
  3. Enter it on the forms when sending in a lead or selling a property.
  4. Get paid.

Tenant Lead

At REMS, we want to make sure that we are warming up a home and nurturing a place that will help tenants reach their goals and dreams.
